The LMS Story

In the mid 1980’s George Kaiser and David Boyle were supervisors in a local office of the largest landscape firm in the USA. But something was missing. They believed that the professional property manager needed much more from their landscape contractor.

The property manager’s role was changing rapidly. The array of responsibilities was growing to the point where professional landscape management was required. The property manager simply did not have time to continue “supervising” the landscaper. A “partner” was needed to manage this valuable asset. The “mow & blow” companies, regardless of size or national presence, just didn’t work anymore - and still don’t.

For nearly 20 years LMS has been developing and refining systems that manage and appreciate the value of our clients landscapes and consistently deliver extraordinary customer service. Site quality audits and enhancement recommendations are performed regularly with predetermined schedules. The property manager enjoys the peace of mind knowing the landscape is truly managed professionally.
