We
start with a goal. After understanding the property manager’s objectives
for their landscape LMS creates a customized landscape maintenance program.
Not every property requires the same set of services and ownership objectives
can vary significantly.
An array of services are available with which to create a landscape maintenance program. Each of these services are provided using “best practices” techniques (i.e. recycling of organic debris, use of slow release fertilizers, safe and environmentally friendly pest control, proper pruning, efficient water management, etc.) Our “Core” services include:

Additional Landscape Management Services
Customized Water Management Programs
In cooperation with local water agencies, LMS provides water audits, irrigation budgets, and monitoring services. Irrigation upgrade recommendations and long term system design improvements can be provided which aim toward reducing water consumption and saving money.
Long Term Tree Management Planning
Mature tree care is a growing responsibility for many property managers and it is often related to general landscape issues. Through close partnerships with certified arborists LMS provides tree care programs that integrate with general landscape management issues in a seamless and cost effective manner.
Property Enhancement Programs
LMS constantly strives to improve the landscape, not just maintain it. While ongoing communication with the Account Manager resolves many issues - it is the long term goals that are identified in this program. Based on the owners objectives and a thorough site evaluation, a 2/3 year plan is crafted. This makes planning much easier for the busy property manager and reduces “ad hoc” reactions to issues.
Landscape Construction
This division provides landscape construction services for our clients. With the Account Managers this division implements solutions and enhancements for our clients that are encountered on a routine basis.
Also, this division provides construction services required to execute the Property Enhancement Programs (described above). Sometimes these enhancements are large scale projects and landscape architects, engineers and consultants are retained when needed.
Irrigation Management
Landscape irrigation has evolved over the years into a much more technical element of landscape management. Advances in controller technology and sprinkler components has increased the need for more training. LMS provides this training in house and through professional association seminars. New and more restrictive water regulations coupled with increasing water costs has all added up to a need for more sophisticated landscape irrigation management.
A comprehensive approach is employed by LMS using certified irrigation auditors, trained technicians, scheduled system inspections, and well equipped and trained Crew Leaders to provide our clients with some of the best irrigation management available today. Irrigation management is customized for each client based upon their need and budget.
